Ara is an AI-powered documentation assistant. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content generated by Ara is for informational and documentation purposes only and must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed healthcare professional before being entered into a medical record or used for patient care. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your medical documentation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Obtain all necessary patient consents as required by applicable laws (including HIPAA) before using Ara to record or process patient interactions.
• Review and verify all output generated by Ara.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of Ara is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, if applicable, the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed with your organization. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ara Health, Inc. and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ara Health, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
